Castano
Lesa Castano is a licensed esthetician and certified massage therapist at Synergy. Originally from the Peninsula, Lesa has traveled extensively through an earlier career in modeling which she began out of high school at the age 17, taking her to live in New York, Europe, and California.
Lesa returned to Hampton Roads in 1991 and graduated from the Fuller School of Massage Therapy in Virginia Beach, where she excelled in several modalities of massage techniques and other alternative therapies. Since then, she has provided outstanding massage therapy and skin care to a dedicated client base that is committed to healthier living.
She is a proud parent of two daughters, Marpessa, 10, and Sofia, 6. Her passions include running, biking, reading, yoga and swinging at the park with her girls. Lesa has run several half marathons and completed her second full marathon in March 2009.
